While NHIR Institute supports public disclosure about the phenomenon from governments, most importantly for its critical research value, we emphasise that we respect the need to protect national and global security.
- To provide support and advice: To provide support and advice to governmental bodies, research organisations and private enterprise in the advancement of non-human intelligence research with rigorously tested and reviewed data driven scientific research.
